WA Legal Roundup - Washington State Supreme Court
If you're sentenced under the SSOSA (Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative), and you violate your terms, your alternative sentence can be revoked. There is no willful requirement when it comes to not hanging out where the kiddies play.
One oddity in this was the food bank that McCormick visited being in the same building as an arts class for minors. If there genuinely was no way he could have seen kids there (i.e.-their being in class), then its hard to know that minors are congregating. Maybe a willful requirement (or at least a should have known standard) would be a little more pragmatically feasible.
